The water cycle consistists of three major parts that make it possible. One is evaporation which is basicly when the water heats up to where where it converts into water vapor and rises up into the air. Condensation is where the water vapor changes from a gas state to a liuid state and forms clouds. Percipatation is basicly when it rains and the water returns to earth.
Clouds form when wator vapor from the evaporateing water from earth. The water vapor rises upwards and condensates and forms a cloud.
